Hotel Booking Policies
As we have different booking options, each may have its own
policies. However, all terms will be presented to you clearly
before your booking committments.
Generally, our hotel booking policies are as follow:
Pre-Pay Bookings
All prices are nett, which means you do not need to pay for
anything extra (like taxes). However, if you use other facilities
in the hotel (for example, mini-bar drinks, in-room dining services,
telephone calls etc.), you will need to pay for the services to
the hotel or resort.
All prices are in Singapore dollars. This is because our
banks charge your card in Singapore dollars. This may change
in future though. Information will be posted when it does.
Credit Card Bookings - Charges to your credit card will be made 03 - 05 working
days prior to your check-in dates.
Bank Transfers - You will need to transfer the exact amount
of money to our bank 07 days prior to your check-in date.
Pre-Pay Bookings - Cancellation Policy
If you cancel at least 06 days prior to you check-in date - No Charges
If you cancel at 03 - 05 days prior to you check-in date - 10% (of total amount) Admin Fee
If you cancel 01 - 02 days prior to you check-in date - 1 Night No Show Charge AND 10% (of total amount) Admin Fee
If you cancel on (or after) the date of check-in - No Refund
Real-Time Bookings
All terms are reflected clearly on the reservation page.
Prices may be subjected to taxes.
Real-Time Bookings - Cancellation / Changes
If you need to make a change to your booking, you will
need to cancel the original one and re-book. We suggest you
re-book first before making the cancellation.
You can make the cancellation to your booking via the
e-mail confirmation note you receive from us. Please retain
this e-mail for your reference and check-in purpose.
Terms of Use
While we try our best to provide the most accurate and up-to-date
information at Malaysia-Hotel.com, you are deemed to understand
and accept that all information, materials or otherwise are
provided "as-it-is". We do not guarantee any accuracy in our
information presented.
Privacy Policy
We do not collect any of your personal information from our
site. No cookies or any other tracking devices are in place
to track your visitation, except for tracking the level of
usage of Malaysia-Hotel.com as a whole, in order to facilitate
our decisions in upgrading of hardware/software used to
operate Malaysia-Hotel.com.
If you have contacted us in some ways (emails, feedback or
sign-up for our newsletters), we may contact you from time
to time with marketing materials.
Confidentiality
All information collected by Malaysia-Hotel.com will be used
for our internal purposes. We will not re-sell your information
to any third party, under any circumstances as we respect
your privacy.
